Skylar Estes serves as BIC’s Chief Operating Officer, where she helps oversee organizational operations, internal management systems, and supports the Executive Director and leadership team. Skylar joined BIC in August 2022 as the Human Resources Specialist. Skylar combines financial insight with an understanding of operational processes to strengthen BIC’s internal infrastructure and support staff with their global advocacy work.

Prior to joining BIC Skylar worked in Accounting and Finance.
