Jack Tierney is BIC’s Policy Associate. Jack joined BIC in 2023 to support BIC’s engagement with the U.S. government. At BIC, he focuses on promoting informed engagement at the Multilateral Development Banks among U.S. policymakers.

Prior to joining BIC, Jack spent time working on U.S. political campaigns and researching regulatory policy. Jack received Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Political Science at the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy (Research) at the London School of Economics.
