Oliver joined the Bank Information Center as a Policy Associate to support BIC’s advocacy in the US government. He focuses on coalition-building efforts and a broad variety of issues including Sexual Orientation and Gender Inclusion (SOGI) initiatives headed by MDBs.
Prior to BIC, Oliver was an intelligence analyst for a private investigations firm focusing on financial due diligence and suspected fraud. He has worked in both the US House of Representatives and Senate to address issues of climate action, immigration, and human rights.
Oliver graduated from Haverford College in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a minor in international studies.
